In-Stock Items
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued within 5 business days.
Made-to-Order Items
As made-to-order items are produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
